Valgus festival 2023 program

The ninth Festival of Light will start in Luke village at 18:31 with the lighting of the bonfire, which has become a tradition.

There is a Live Fire Area in the festival area, where in the center of the area there is a live fire laboratory and four “Mars Gardeners” who happily help guide the activities.

In the children’s area, every child who visits the festival can make a lantern for themselves, the children’s area is located on Luke’s playground.

Luke Kultuurikuur will turn into 16Volt Space with Morten Poolakese, there you can experience a mind-blowing installation of lasers and music.

At 7:00 p.m., the Marsiaia show starts in the live fire area. The Marsiaia performance is followed at 19:31 by the six-part production “Towards the Apple Trees of Mars”, the production takes place twice during the festival.

In the middle of the festival area, there is a marsia garden, where you can explore and discover the objects hung on the trees and learn more about the content of the festival and the production.

A video mapping is displayed on the wall of the Tamsa 4 building throughout the festival, where you can familiarize yourself with the concept of next year’s festival.

When you arrive and go home, you will be greeted by the “meeting” element in the parking lot.
